The Alternating Pressure Air Mattress Rental model is an alternating pressure mattress replacement system which helps reduce interface pressure to aid in the prevention and treatment of Stage I to IV pressure ulcers.

Twenty individual cells - help evenly distribute resident’s weight and maximize pressure redistribution
Low shear and low friction - therapy pad is treated with an antibacterial and antifungal agent and is fluid proof and moisture vapor permeable
Three Modes Of Operation - Autofirm, Therapy and Alternate
Three Alternating Cycle Times - 5, 10 and 15 minutes
Audio and visual alarms - Warns the patient and caregiver during power outage or low pressure
Lock out button - Prevents against tampering or accidental adjustments
Comfort Control Settings - Five comfort control settings maximize resident compliance
Power outage safety - Mattress stays inflated for up to 12 hours in the event of power failure or during resident transport

If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and our policies apply.

All credits will be given after receipt and warehouse inspection approval.

Whats your return process?

To return a product, the above conditions must be met. We require that all returns follow these instructions for proper processing:
- Call or email to request Return Authorization Number (RA)
- Warehouse must receive item within 10 days of an RA# being issued
- Report via phone or email a tracking number to customer service
- Items sent without an RA number cannot be credited
Are all products returnable?

No. There are no returns on the following categories of products: hospital beds, custom wheelchairs, lift chairs, incontinence items, bath safety products, and all custom built/ordered items including orthopedic supports.
