Thank you for the GREAT HELP that I received yesterday solving a PROBLEM with my new Liko M220 Lifter.
I appreciate Greg’s complete knowledge of the Liko M220 Lifter.
I appreciate Greg’s wonderful patient-care attitude and disposition when dealing with the customer.

  1. The yellow light and green light did not light up when the cord was plugged in.
  2. The Lifter was dead.

First thing, Greg knew just the right questions to ask.
Then, he talked-me-through the corrections:

  1. Push-up on the battery cord to make a secure connection.
  2. Turn the Red Button right until it pops-out so that the Lifter is on.

HOORAY ! It worked !

From first contact with Greg Naldzhyan at Daily Care, I was treated with respect, consideration, compassion and professionalism. I was desperate to find a specific Hoyer-type lift for home use, for my husband. Greg’s knowledge of the products that were available for use was impressive and, though we initially were not able to use his services, I knew I could go back to him in the future. And days later that moment arrived. Though I was being told by several sources that an affordable lift – that would meet our needs – could not be found…Greg knew different and finally convinced me that he had one. He drove from Tarzana to Orange County with the lift, showed us how to use it and it worked exactly as he told me it would. My husband and I will be forever grateful to this kind, caring man and Daily Care. They provided my husband the ability to return to work, get out and about and live life again until he’s ability to transfer returned. I would, and will, highly recommend Daily Care to anyone in need of medical equipment. Truly angels.

The personnel at Daily Care are professional, highly trained, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient.  Seven years ago, they installed four stair chairs into my tri-level townhome to allow me to continue to reside comfortably in my home.  Over the years, they gladly come to service the chairs, however, this past time, it was difficult to fix.  Ako persevered until the problem was solved.  He replaced the batteries and he was going to replace the computer board.  He went back to the store and called to order the part.  The sales rep told him about trying one more thing.  Ako came back the very same day to try what the salesman had told him, and it worked!  I highly recommend Daily Care if you need any medical equipment or supplies.


Great service here.  I was only interested in a short-term wheelchair rental for my visiting mother-in-law, definitely not a big-ticket item for them – but they could not have been more helpful and considerate.  They worked with us on finding an ideal chair type and then adjusted the fittings, making sure my mother-in-law was as comfortable as possible.  (It just doesn’t get better than when someone treats your folks right.)  Also – pricing was very reasonable.

Excellent company! I lucked into these guys because they were the first place I found that rented both full electric bed and lift chair. It was an emergency and they got us our equipment FAST and the set-up guy was very friendly and professional.
When I asked about buying a lift chair, I found out they had a big ‘showroom’. You can buy one of the two dozen or so they have on hand, or custom order. (If you find another place that sells chairs they mostly have you pick from a catalog. Being able to try the chairs out is a pretty big deal.)
Mom’s in-home needs were new to us, but Daily Care does this for a living. They have so many gadgets and things to help Mom that I would never even have thought of asking for. Their staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Good prices, too.
You might find cheaper on the web, but you will not get the advice or suggestions that really made the difference for us. This company is a great resource, and I am recommending them to my friends as we all have aging parents.

I called Daily Care, Inc. on Thursday about purchasing a wheelchair ramp with handrails. Their employee, Ako, arrived at my home on Friday to measure for the ramp. He arrived on time and explained all options in relation to ordering and installing the ramp. He was able to notify the manufacturer before noon and , as the ramp comes from Washington state, I was told it would arrive and could be installed by Wednesday for an additional fee rather than the normal freight fee. I needed it ASAP.
Ako and his co-worker arrived this Wednesday morning and did a superb job of setting up and installing the ramp, making certain that it worked for me and that I was comfortable in using it. Both men were courteous and worked well as a team. I am so pleased with this ramp – very sturdy with the handrails and easy use.

I was referred to Daily Care when my Acorn Stairlift suddenly stopped working. My husband had attempted to fix the problem himself by replacing the batteries, but these units are fairly complex; he wasn’t able to fix it. I’m so glad I decided to call DC. The repairman showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a disconnected wire which he promptly fixed. I had been so afraid that we’d need a new unit because we can’t afford one right now. What a relief!

My wife and I have been very impressed so far by the superb service we received here. We came in a two days ago to have what I call a “Goldilocks Experience,” finding a bed that’s REALLY comfortable for my almost 62-year-old body. Greg Naldzhyan was very knowledgeable about the options and didn’t try to push any particular product; in fact, the best recommendation was that we rent an adjustable bed for up to 30 days and see if it’s the right one for me, then we can buy it and get 1/2 the reasonable rental cost applied to the purchase price. AND, while there, we discovered the Obus Form seat and back cushions that are now on my desk chair, and I’m now more comfortable working at my computer all day than I’ve ever been before.

The vendor has been a stalwart in delivering Medicare OK’ed Hospital Bed & Air Mattress. Recently purchased Deluxe Lift chair and had to relocate Elderly parents to downstairs room because of progressive mobility loss.
Along with ‘White Glove’ delivery of Lift Chair, Greg and another gentleman courteously and kindly, without fanfare or drama, moved hospital bed downstairs after expertly dis-assembly, & moved air mattress downstairs as requested. Greg very patiently explained and demonstrated motion functions of chair.
Cannot recommend these folk, including Ako and the kind and beautiful secretary/ office-person, enough!!!!!!! They earned their 5 Stars!!!!!!! 🙂
